It was the hottest day of the year so far, the April sunshine beaming down on the gorgeously leafy Somerset location of Mill on the Brew. It's time once more for the selection process to begin for the 2026 Westminster Awards. This bonus podcast will give you the chance to meet some of the cadets in this year's competition. After this week, there'll be 10 names going through as finalists. But what a few days they have before that happens. The Mill on the Brew will see some great team building exercise. The gun run, along with its cheeky few additional challenges thrown in to really push the cadets to think, communicate and rise to the occasion. There'll be an assault course, bridge building, and plenty more fun and games to really bring out the best in these 32 young people. Without further ado, let's get on and meet some of the candidates and follow them as they take on the first day of tasks.
